Artist Bio:

Sharon Coolbaugh Quaglia is a self-taught artist working primarily in alcohol inks.
Formerly a baker, sugar artist, and cake decorating instructor, since mid-2020 she has marveled at the unpredictable nature, vibrancy and transparency of alcohol ink pigments.
Using a spontaneous, intuitive approach with techniques not commonly used with alcohol
inks, Sharon creates unique effects in florals, still lifes, landscapes and abstract paintings.
Sharon has shown her work at Arts Center East in Vernon, Blank Canvas, WORK_SPACE in Manchester, the Tiny Gallery in Manchester, as well as at MAA exhibits.
