WORK_SPACE is proud to announce, "Colors of Courage," a poignant art exhibit honoring the courageous individuals who serve or have served in the military, as well as their immediate family members. This exhibition is strategically timed to coincide with Manchester's hosting of "The Wall That Heals,” a traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, scheduled to be at Charter Oak Park from September 19th to 22nd, 2024.

New England veterans, current military personnel, and their immediate family members, regardless of artistic background and experience, are invited to submit their work by July 22nd, 2024. WORK_SPACE welcomes a variety of mediums, including but not limited to painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, poetry, and performance. First-time exhibitors are especially encouraged to participate, as art serves as a powerful medium for personal expression and reflection.

Opening Reception: Thursday, August 1st, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Meet the Artists at 6:00 PM. Scroll down at this link for full exhibit details.

Workspace started a library of artist videos (5-8 minutes) on YouTube that they share via social media every Friday at noon. All artists are invited to participate. These videos be anything related to art, the artistic process, and/or the impact art has on artists individually and collectively. Artists can create their own video, or Workspace can conduct and record a Zoom call where the artist is interviewed about their work. Their goal is to showcase artistic friends and spark creativity in their audience. If interested, you can email the gallery for details. See the flyer. Enjoy the past videos
